WESTERFIELD, Judge.

This is a suit for $15,000 as damages for physical injuries alleged to be due to a fall suffered by Harry L. Shepard, the plaintiff, while descending from the second to the ground floor of a building owned by the Whitney National Bank of New Orleans, the defendant, and leased to Mrs. Julia Ray, with whom plaintiff was lodging at the time.
