The American Civil Liberties Union/Eastern Missouri Fund (Fund), joined by Larry Katzenstein and Joyce Armstrong, representatives of the American Civil Liberties Union, Eastern Missouri (ACLU), brought this action against B. Stephen Miller, III (Miller) to recover attorney’s fees awarded while he was employed as a staff attorney for ACLU. Defendant appeals from the trial court’s order denying his summary judgment motion and granting plaintiffs’ motion for similar relief.
