On July 14, 2008, Martha Miller (Debt- or) filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 13 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. On June 25, 2010, the Debtor filed a Motion to Compromise Controversy with Marilyn Hill regarding a personal injury settlement that arose out of a pre-petition motor vehicle accident. The matter was heard on July 21, 2010, and the settlement was approved.
