¶ 1 This case is procedurally complex. Appellants Michael Washington, et al, filed ten individual actions in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County (“Philadelphia County court”) against FedEx Ground Package System, Inc. and its President and CEO, David F. Rebholz (collectively “FedEx”).
