The appeal is by the Commonwealth for the purpose of obtaining this Court’s certification of the law in respect to the admissibility in evidence of a confession made by the defendant concerning his fatal shooting of Chester Finnell. On November 14, 1942, Finnell, a bus driver for the Southeastern Greyhound Lines, drove his bus into the Lexington bus station a few minutes after 9:00 o ’clock P. M.
