Defendant/appellant Navistar International Transportation Corporation (“Navis-tar”), formerly International Harvester Company, appeals from an order of the United States District Court for the District of Colorado denying its motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict or, alternatively, for a new trial in this products liability case.
