DIXON, Chief Justice.
The Louisiana State Bar Association, through its Committee on Professional Responsibility, instituted this disciplinary proceeding against members Patrick H. Wright and William E. Armstrong. Wright and Armstrong were convicted in the United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana on February 13, 1985, for having violated the Hobbs Act,1 and were each sentenced to serve two years in prison.
