Anthony Renaldi (petitioner) appeals a decision of the Workmen’s Compensation Appeal Board (Board) affirming a referee’s decision to grant his employer’s1 petition to terminate his benefits.

*563On September 1, 1976, the petitioner incurred a compensable injury when he fell and injured his lower back and the parties herein entered into a compensation agreement under which payments were made until November 19, 1976, when the employer filed the instant petition to terminate.
