The plaintiff, Pinkie Brown, appeals the district court’s grant of summary judgment for the defendants in her action pursuant to 29 U.S.C. § 1132(a)(1)(B) to recover disability benefits under the Briggs & Stratton Retirement Plan (the “Plan”), which is governed by the provisions of the Employee Retirement and Security Act of 1974 (“ERISA”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 1001-1461.
