Appellant, Helena-West Helena School District, is appealing a decision of the Board of Review awarding benefits to the claimant after finding that he was terminated for reasons other than misconduct in connection with his work. Ark. Stat. Ann. § 81-1106(b)(1) (Supp. 1983). Claiming it received no notice of the Board’s hearing at which the claimant was awarded benefits, appellant asks this Court to remand this cause and afford it the opportunity to present evidence to the Board to show that claimant was discharged for misconduct related to his work.
