In this case an injunction was awarded to a sale by a trustee advertised to be made on June 8,1878, under two deeds of trust, one dated August 15,1874, and the other September 15, 1874, whereby the appellant, James McGannon and his wife by the first of these deeds conveyed certain real estate to the trustee to secure several notes of James McGannon’s to the Central Building Association No. 2.
