Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Lamont, J.), entered April 25, 2006 in Albany County, which denied defendant’s motion for resentencing pursuant to the Drug Law Reform Act of 2005.

Following a jury trial, defendant was convicted of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the second degree and criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, as well as related misdemeanor offenses.
