— Appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court at Special Term (Pennock, J.), entered October 14, 1982 in Albany County, which granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, to annul the award by respondent Board of Education of Uniondale Union Free School District of a contract to respondent Courtesy Bus Company for transportation of school children for the 1982-1983 school year.
