PEDER K. ECKER, Bankruptcy Judge.

Lawrence and Vickie Hines, Debtors, filed a Chapter 13 Petition on January 11, 1980. The Trustee held a Meeting of Creditors on February 6, 1980. The Court held a hearing on confirmation of Debtors’ proposed Chapter 13 Plan. The Court took the matter under advisement with briefs to be filed by the United States of America on behalf of the ASCS and SBA, by the Trustee, by Debtors’ Counsel, and by Massey-Ferguson Credit Corporation.
