SMITH, Judge.

Defendant, Ferguson Reorganized School District R-2, appeals from a jury verdict in favor of plaintiff, William Kos-zor, on his claim of discrimination in employment. We find the plaintiff has failed to make a submissible case and reverse.

We set forth the facts most favorable to plaintiff. In 1981 defendant hired plaintiff, a white male, to work as a custodian at McCluer High School in Florissant, Missouri.
