This case arises from a May 3, 1995, automobile accident in which Plaintiffs vehicle was rear-ended. At trial, the jury found that plaintiff sustained neck and back injuries as a result of the accident and awarded him $50,000 in general damages, but unanimously found that plaintiff suffered no lost wages, either past or future.
