Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Louis York, J.), entered July 11, 2001, upon a jury verdict, in defendant’s favor, unanimously affirmed, without costs.

Plaintiff testified that on a snowy day he sustained injury when, shortly after entering defendant hospital, he slipped and *166fell on a wet area of the hospital’s lobby floor.
