This is an action under section 650, Revised Statutes 1899, to quiet the title to the southwest quarter and the east half of section 12, township 23, range 11, Stoddard county, Missouri.
The plaintiffs stated that they were the owners in fee-simple of the above described tract and that the same was unimproved and unoccupied; that the defendants claim some estate and interest in and to the same, the exact nature of which is unknown to plaintiffs, hut that said claims are adverse to the estate of the plaintiffs in said lands.
