Today we consider the counterclaims of Cherokee Corporation of Linden, Virginia, Inc. (“Cherokee”) against Capital Skiing Corporation (“Cap Ski”) for unlawful detainer, unjust enrichment, tortious interference with prospective business advantage/ tortious and intentional interference with business relationships and punitive damages.
