The Hot Spring Savings Trust & Guaranty Company, usually known as “The Security Bank,” was taken over by the State Banking Department on August 30, 1933', and Thomas W. Stone was appointed as Special Deputy Bank Commissioner in charge of said bank. An inventory of the assets was filed in the chancery court and given a docket number by the clerk, and entered on the docket of that court. The appellants, some of the stockholders of the Security Bank, intervened with the prayer that the appointment of Thomas W.
