Plaintiff, Enia Farias, appeals the dismissal of her complaint against defendant, Township of Westfield (“Township”), on summary judgment. We affirm.
On October 24, 1994, plaintiff filed a complaint against the Township alleging that, as a result of defendant’s negligence, she fell on property under the control of the Township and sustained serious injuries.
