On July 9, 1926, Victoria Douglas executed and delivered a deed of trust, irrevocable by its terms, to Frank Roseberry, her nephew. By this deed, Miss Douglas, who was an invalid eighty-eight years of age, conveyed to the trustee her entire estate consisting of stocks and bonds and certain improved real estate and provided that the trustee should hold the property in trust during the term of the settlor’s natural life, and upon her death the trust should terminate and the entire estate be disposed of in accordance with “her last will and testament bearing…
