Appellants are. the children and heirs at law of B. C. Jones, who died in 1863,-and who was survived by his widow' and minor children; Jones owned at the time of his death 400 acres of land in Yell County, and in -1866 a proceeding was - had whereby : dower was assigned to the -widow in these lands.
