BOGGS, Circuit Judge.
In this sentencing case, the defendant appeals the district court's holding that a prior Tennessee drug conviction is a "serious drug offense" under the Armed Career Criminal Act ("ACCA"). A jury found the defendant guilty on one count of being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922 (g)(1). This offense carries a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison.
