On January 30, 1922, the plaintiff in error, Mack Shrontz, filed his bill in the circuit court of Kankakee county against the defendant in error, Frank L. Thyfault, to set aside a sheriff’s deed to defendant in error, dated October 11, 1921, for certain land in Kankakee county, on account of alleged irregularities in the proceedings, and praying for leave to redeem from the sale.
