Reversing.

The Prudential Insurance Company of America has appealed from a judgment for $2,000 in favor of Lillian Smith, the beneficiary of a policy of insurance on the life of her husband, Edward B. Smith. The appellant denied liability on the ground that the policy had lapsed for nonpayment of premiums. The policy, which was issued November 28, 1923, required payment in advance of a quarterly premium of $20.40 on the 20th day of February, May, August, and November of each year.
