OPINION

GODDARD, Judge.

William Braden appeals a judgment entered pursuant to a jury verdict dismissing his suit against R. Wayne Varnell. His suit sought damages for personal injuries received in a vehicular accident. By his issues on appeal he makes three complaints:(1) The Trial Judge failed to charge the jury as requested in two particulars.(2) The Court improperly excluded certain evidence.(3) The Court improperly instructed the jury regarding the theory of sudden emergency.
