This is an interlocutory appeal from the order of the circuit judge of the first circuit relative to methods of determining the assessment of damages in an eminent-domain proceeding.

In 1942 the City and County of Honolulu, through its planning commission, planned a complete system of roadways through Kalihi Valley which included the Kalihi Valley Approach Road and Owawa street.
