WILLIAMS, Circuit Judge.
Yulia Firmansjah, a citizen of Indonesia, entered the United States as a student and overstayed her visa. She subsequently filed an application for asylum and withholding of removal. After a hearing, the immigration judge denied Firmansjah’s asylum request on the ground that Fir-mansjah was firmly resettled in Singapore prior to her arrival in the United States. The immigration judge also denied her request for withholding of removal, reasoning that she had not shown a clear probability that she would be persecuted if removed to Indonesia.
