This is a bill in equity brought in the Superior

Court in Newport county, for the construction of the will of John N. A. Griswold, late of the city and county of Newport, and State of Rhode Island, deceased. The complainants are the executors of the will, and the bill is brought against the New York Life Insurance and Trust Company, a corporation created by law and located and doing business in the city of New York, named in said will of John N.
