This is an appeal from a judgment recovered in the First District Court of Jersey City. The state of the case shows that the suit was brought to recover commissions for the sale of real property, Ho. 126 Winfield avenue, in that city. The authorization was in writing, signed by the defendants, and empowered the plaintiff to rent the premises and to sell the same, with a commission of two and one-half per cent, on the purchase-price.
