Pending before this Court is a motion filed by Third-Party Defendants to dismiss the third-party complaint of Defendants for failure to state a claim. Also pending is Plaintiff’s motion for reconsideration of an order entered by the Court on April 28, 1976, denying Plaintiff’s motion to amend its complaint so as to join Third-Party Defendants as primary defendants.
