We have before us the petitions of Sherwin Equipment, Inc., for leave to amend its appeals and specifications of objections in the above captioned cases. Pursuant to the rule which issued thereon, the Commonwealth has filed its answer. At this juncture the sole question before the court is whether the amendment should be allowed.
