Ramón Antonio Fournier Sampedro appealed to the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit from our judgment rendered in this case on April 18, 1958. Pursuant to the provisions of Rule 38 (Habeas Corpus Proceedings) of said Court of Appeals, he petitioned this Court, on May 14, 1958, in his own right, to fix bail bond, in a reasonable sum, for his release pending appeal.
