—Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Erlbaum, J.), rendered December 2, 1997, convicting *400him of grand larceny in the fourth degree, criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree, unauthorized use of a vehicle in the third degree, auto stripping in the second degree, and possession of burglar’s tools, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
