—In an action, inter alia, to declare that the plaintiffs have littoral rights in a certain lake, the plaintiffs appeal from (1) an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated November 21, 1977, which granted defendants’ motion for judgment in their favor at the close of the plaintiffs’ case, at a jury trial, and (2) the judgment entered thereon on November 22, 1977, which dismissed the complaint.
