SANDSTROM, Justice.

[¶ 1] Petranellea Corrigan appealed from a criminal judgment and commitment. Corri-gan entered a conditional plea of guilty to Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, pending the outcome of her appeal. Corri-gan argues the district court erred in finding the City of Devils Lake’s bond schedule lawful. We conclude the City’s bond schedule is in accordance with statute, and therefore affirm.
