McDERMOTT, District Judge.

This is an appeal by certain creditors of a bankrupt estate from an order, made by the court below, denying such creditors the right to petition for a review of certain orders' made by the referee in bankruptcy. The appellees are holders of three deeds of trust, which the referee held to be valid. A motion to dismiss the appeal has been filed, primarily upon the ground that minority creditors have no absolute right to appear for the estate, after a trustee has been appointed.
