COOCH, J.

INTRODUCTION

This is the Court’s decision on a motion for a new trial filed by Virginia L. and John R. Porter (hereinafter “Plaintiffs”). Virginia L. Porter had brought suit individually, as administratrix for the estate of her deceased husband Michael A. Porter, and as guardian ad litem of her daughter, Kimberly M. Porter; John R.
