ON MOTION FOR REHEARING.
Near the end of the last term it was adjudged by the Supreme Court that a contract was usurious under the Constitution and statutes of Texas which provided for compensation in excess of ten per cent per annum, collectible at the creditor’s option, for the detention of money.
