FRIEDMAN, Judge.

Phyllis Voren and Joseph Ferris (Appellants) appeal from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Chester County granting Upper Uwchland Township’s motion for summary judgment. We affirm.

Appellants were injured in a motor vehicle accident on November 9, 1985, at the intersection of Park Road and Little Conestoga Road, both state highways in Upper Uwchland Township (Township).
