This is a petition for apportionment brought under the provisions of general laws 1938," chapter 300, article VIII, §8, to compel the respondents American Woolen Company and its insurance carrier to reimburse the petitioner for their proportionate share of compensation and medical expenses which had been paid by the petitioner to Carmelo Crino, who had been employed by both parties.
