Plaintiff filed a bill for a mandatory injunction to compel the defendant to remove its railway tracks from the public highway in Luzerne Township, Fayette County, Pennsylvania, for a distance of 8,480 feet and to reconstruct the said township road between named points in the same manner as existed prior to the location by the defendant of its tracks thereon, or to reconstruct the highway between these points on the most favorable location, of a width of 33 feet, and in as perfect a manner as the original road, and also that the defendant be compelled to construct…
