OPINION OF THE COURT

Respondent Francis N. Sowah was admitted to the practice of law in the State of New York by the Second Judicial Department on November 13, 1991, as Francis Nil Annan Sowah. The Committee believes respondent no longer maintains an office for the practice of law within the State of New York and has relocated to Ghana.
