¶ 1. Royce Markel Wheeler appeals the judgment of conviction, entered on March 6, 2012, *431convicting him of possession of cocaine with intent to deliver, and possession of a firearm by a felon. Wheeler challenges the trial court order denying his motion to suppress evidence. We affirm.

BACKGROUND

¶ 2.
