TUCKER, Judge.

There are four actions here which arose out of the same set of facts involving a two-automobile accident and were consolidated for trial. The consolidated actions will be considered together and separate judgments will be rendered.

Early in the morning of February 25, 1969, some time after 2:00 A.M., a collision occurred between a 1965 Ford owned by Eseray Veal and being driven by her husband Gilbert Veal, with Eddie Thomas as a passenger, and a 1967 Ford belonging to Lise M.
