Petitioner proceeds under 28 U.S.C. § 2255 seeking to vacate a five year sentence imposed by this Court on September 2,1970, for violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(a)(6) [National Firearms Act] in Criminal Action No. 74-70-N. He argues ineffective service of counsel in contravention of a criminal defendant’s rights as secured by the Sixth Amendment.
