In cross motions, plaintiffs CCM Pathfinder Pompano Bay, LLC and CCM Pathfinder Gramercy, LLC (“Pathfinder”) move to remand the above-captioned actions to state court, and defendants Compass Financial Partners LLC and Compass USA SPE LLC (“Compass”) move to transfer these actions to the District of Nevada, where an action involving similar facts and claims is proceeding before the Honorable Robert C.
