The plaintiff, Robert Sorisio, owner and operator of the Connecticut Handbag and Luggage Company [“Connecticut Handbag”], brought this suit against the defendant, Lenox, Inc., seeking injunctive and monetary relief. Sorisio alleges that the defendant engaged in an unlawful price fixing scheme, and that it wrongfully terminated Connecticut Handbag as an authorized dealer for Hartmann Luggage.
