Ms. Fattah, a Jordanian citizen, (Defendant's Motion for Release on Conditions, ¶ 1, et seq. , Dkt. # 127), who is in this *1136country illegally, and is or will be facing deportation proceedings, is one of 14 defendants charged in a three-count indictment pending before Judge Chang.
